Simple head replacement here, not much to write about. I took the head from the mcfarlane version (the one doing the upside down hand-stand and firing - filed down his forehead a bit to get rid of the bulging veins, cut off the neck, and drilled out the head to make it work as a ball-joint head. I repainted the skin tones all over the figure and sprayed a flat non-gloss clear coat enamel finish over the entire thing (except the jacket part cause enamel is tacky when it tries on rubbery materials). That was it I had a easy to make Neo in my humble opinion that is easily just as cool as other really expensive ones I've seen. To me that's why I customize to make figures I can't find or afford.
