Living in the land of killer robots, I knew I needed to make my own. I certainly have fodder enough around me. When I saw Microman's Cyborg Superman, I knew there was a sentinel in the making. This has been a fun project. Other than cutting, filing, some burrowing (to fit the chest piece on), and a flashy paint job, this was a pretty simple custom.
I wanted a sentinel that was close to the same size as the mutants it would hunt. Yes, I know the comics don't really have these guys- but the video games do! As for its appearance, its inspired by both the Sentinel O.N.E. designs and the 16" sentinel paint job.
Like the rest of my Microman customs, it comes with plenty of interchangeable parts. It comes with many removable parts (including a removable face!), and various weapons that can be inserted into its hands. The unused weapons can all be stored on its backpack. Oh! I almost forgot- all of this guy's fingers (sans the thumb) are posable. That's a big deal for a figure of this scale. Not that I can take credit for that- that's all Microman's doing.
