I made this for a guy that is a big Final Fight fan. I used the same recipe as the Poison I did a few months back. I used a Savage She-Hulk Marvel Legends figure as the base. Sota Cammy head, I wanted to still keep the anime looking face but not have her look exactly like Poison's face. I used molding puddy for the hat,hair,and shorts and Barbie heels. :)
