Nicely done! Skull looks pretty good but the belt needs a pouch or two on there to make it look a little less like Batman's. And the GL ring has got to go but I see someone else already noticed that too. Swapping it out should be easy enough andthe more guns the better.

Love the part assembling, how niice the ML lower legs fit into DCU, and above all, the skull, you painted it super clean! just one small suggestion: I would take off the GL ring in his right hand, unless you are planning to make Frank a member of the corps!! Very nice work, indeed!
