Eggman Nega is mostly a repaint of Dr. Eggman, but I had to sand away all of the details on the coat, since Nega has a smooth jacket with no white stripes. I also used super scupley to make new shades, goggles, and cuffs. The yellow stripes and cape thingy draped over his shoulders are actually a piece of paper, since it took 5 coats of yellow paint to make the stripes on his shoes and I didn't want to go through that crap while maintaining that complex shape AND avoiding the mustache.
