I used the Festus action figure as a base and removed the head to use it on my Harvey Bullock custom. The head is from a Marvel Ninja Strike Wolverine, resculpted with apoxye. The hands came from a Wetworks Dane figure. I used some fodder from other figures and household items to create the additional details and finally repainted the whole figure.
