Mayor Mccheese Custom Action Figure

This should be my last custom from Carlton Mellick III books for awhile, I've got a ton of Batman customs I've got to get to, anyway, I used LCBH Stryker, Thor arms, SKaar sword, and SDCC Mayor McCheese head, top hat and brows removed and sculpted over eyes. In the book, the Mayor was the first to undergo plastic surgery to become the embodiment of the McDonaldland religion's "god", later Hamburglar followed suit. In time, the Mayor and the Hamburglar led a force of mutants in rebellion against McDonaldland.
