Scarlet Spider -

My 2 favorite characters, have now been merged into one. Kaine is the new Scarlet Spider. Courtesy of Raybot's recipe.

Body - Tarantula
Head - Black Spiderman Marvel Legends

Base Spray Painted Black. Silver and Red for the costume. Hand painted the symbols which were very tough...and Glossed the black because in the comics it looks rubbery to me.

I like this new Spiderman with all of the power, and none of the responsibility!

Thanks for the heads up on the paints. I might try that metallic red someday. I've found that if you mix blood red with a dab of red ink (Citidel doesn't make it, but Valejo might) you get a more true red. Great detail work!

Thanks for the compliments! You gotta love the New Scarlet Spider Series, if you're not reading it...check it out! I mixed mithril silver with blood red to get the color, looking back I think I should have went straight red!!!
