MU Steve Rogers; sanded off the hair, then sculpted new hair, eye patch, shield web gear. I changed the forearms with another misc. character, ( can't remember which one.), and painted the whole figure. I cut the chest holster from the belt of a GI Joe belt and stuck it to his chest with apoxy. Pretty simple recipe, but turned out to be one of my favorite figs so far.

Great Nick Fury, considering the scale, you did an excellent job here, well done. That Vulture thingy confused me for a minute though, I thought there was another character named Vulture that happened to look like Nick Fury.
