I removed his boots, added MI Punisher boots, sanded off gloves and remolded, Sculpted a new helmet/mask, removed belt and added a new one, lowered it, added new pouches and repainted figure and shield. On the mask i added a cut on it where the "A" is to represent some battle damage. I didn't follow the costume exact but made it look the way i liked and it worked out better i think...
