I've thought this character was so cool from the moment I first saw him, and I loved him in Sonic R. I tried to make him last year and failed, but was recently inspired to try and make him again because of Angel's custom. He's mostly just a repaint and glazing of Knuckles with the hands sculpted from scratch. I love the way he came out, he looks like Jazwares made him, but I can't do a full turnaround right now because my desktop with photoshop is being worked on. I'll get on that when I can.
