Hello Fellow Customizer,
This is " JUGGAMERICA " CAPTAIN JUGGERNAUT AMERICA. Cain Marko, also known as the Unstoppable Juggernaut. He is the step-brother of X-Men founder Charles Xavier, powered by the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak which grants him unlimited brute strength and durability. He was made from a JUGGERNAUT MS, He was then given sculpted logo's, head wings, gloves, & Shield made from a door knob protector with black elastic straps same as the captain america faceoff. This is a really cool and well made custom, but the rules specifically state "M.U.G.E.N., and any other unofficial fan-made programs/mods, are forbidden as subject matter." This isn't an official character, and by the rules it doesn't qualify.
