For my Dune figure I started with a Mork figure from Mattel as the base then used super sculpey to create the still suit details as well as the weirding module. I built the head completely from scratch out of super sculpey. I painted the eyes with blue glow in the dark paint to capture the glowing eyes the Fremen have in the movie.
lol Well I'm glad that you like the final product and the film! The Mork body for some reason works real well as a base figure. I think it's the scale and the minimal detail. I used him before to make a Logan 5 from Logan's Run.
Thank you for the compliment. It's my favorite figure that I've done. I have more figures up on flikr, but most of those have been sold, I just have them up there to show.
