Rougeformer Custom Action Figure

wow...this was a pretty involved project, I've been wanting to make a transformers crossover figure with Sonic for a long time, and I just found the perfect base a few weeks ago. The base is a knock off of a Maisto Cykon, which transforms into a robot with wings that already looks pretty batlike. I modified the windshield head into a chest plate with a peg-in-hole system and made a new head out of super sculpey and craft foam. After finishing the job I felt the head was a little too small, so I made a shell head out of a Marvel Heroics ball that can be clipped over the main head to give her more Sonic like proportions. I almost wanted to submit this to the shapeshifters contest but I couldn't wait.
