Nothing to difficult here, but I did have all the fodder laying around to give Havok a shot. Basically a Black Manta with the ML Havok head. Gave him Omac's collar so he'd have a little more costume detail than just a metallic painted neck and black suit. I didn't want to paint on his energy signature, so I found an alternative route by using a lid from something around the house with ridges in it already. I painted over the ridges and made it so that the apparatus could be moved to face whichever direction he is looking, just as it was drawn in the comics.
