Heh, thanks for the positive comments everyone. I used screen captures + pics of the 12" Hot Toys John Connor as reference, so I'm glad it worked out well.

@snobtic: After the spring convention season's finished (mid-April), I'll be posting a large number of my works (including John Connor, if he doesn't sell before then @ Comicon) in the Sales area on my site.

Aha, I love me some blaynescott goodness. Nice to see an update from ya, brother. Awesome sculptwork on this figure, from head to toe. Amazing, which is what I have come to expect from ye, nice work man.

Hey BDCiesel, thanks man. I finally processed the a backlog of photos of a year and 1/2's worth of work, so I'll be posting that over the next few weeks here at FR, and on my site. I'm glad people like my rendition of John Connor.

I couldn't fit in all the WiP shots, but check out my website's gallery for John Connor (google "blayne custom toys") for some shots. I used a LOTR figure for the general scruffy chin, then resculpted everything else with a hobby knife, then applied aves apoxie sculpt to reshape the head further. I'd consider it a unique sculpt.
