This figure was my first real custom that i got paid for that i did for a guy who is a huge fan of the hulk and red hulk. He just wanted him repainted, no sculpting or head swaps. So i used mostly citadel paints red, black, and ever gray as a foundation. the eyes and cuts are a mixture of apple barrel neon yellow and neon red. i like giving my customs an extra "Umpf" so i decided to trow in that black light effect.
