Based on Raybot's custom of Talia. Used the Donna Troy base figure since it doesn't involve much customization. I always thought the face was a perfect for Talia, all I did was add a little eye shadow. Painted with sequin black paint and coated with gloss. Simple custom. Why Mattel does not have a Talia figure, I do not know. They obviously don't listen to wants of their buyers.
