Hello! I remember this character from Captain America and I wanted to have mine. As you can see the custom is very easy, I used a Luke Cage figure, replaced the boots and used S8 Cap's ones, then I used some epoxy for the gloves and chest and the rest is just painting job. I hope you like it.
