The base figure is a hulk body(any will do). I did this custom about a year ago.I used an unknown head with no hair, and sculpted the mask onto the face. The hair is puff paint, dried then highlighted. This character was a request from an ebayer, and as you know, any hulk figure out there doesn't have a cool belt and skater shoes. So,i searched and searched for a solution. Don't laugh, cause here's what worked, a "Justin Bieber" doll in the "Barbie" section(talk about shame in the checkout line), anyway, the pants were just right, and it came with shoes! I just had to dremel off the hulk's existing pants. Here's a trick i stumbled onto for making blood look fresh, start with a red acrylic base, let it dry, then use a red metallic spray can,and spray till its almost dripping. You can find this paint at walmart,(Krylon,X-metals brand). Thanks for looking, Mike.
