A more toon-accurate Rocksteady to go with my Bebop. I actually finished him about the same time as I finished his buddy, but I never got any proper photos taken.
The body is Guile (makes sense since I used Charlie for 'bop :P ). The head comes from Gatekeeper Rocksteady, while his completely removable helmet comes from an old soft-head Rocksteady. Belt also came from the classic fig, and the bandolier and other strap came from miscellaneous G.I. Joe accessories. The knife strapped to his back (shown in "The Catwoman from Channel Six" as being made of wood) was a repainted Foot Soldier knife. All other details - including his gut - were sculpted.
