Well, I loved Shinobitron's Brock Sampson and was originally going to use his recipe, but then savage Dragon came out and I thought he was almost a perfect base.

RECIPE:
~LCBH Savage Dragon body
~Cut of Mohawk fin from head and sculpted the new mullet. Also red did the chin with dimple
~Forearms and fists from SOTA guile
~Watch made from Apoxie and sinister cape strap
