A while ago I got this big idea. Well, lots of them, actually. One was to do an entire Sinister Six team that was fully made out of concept variations of each character. I think I made it to four. lol One of them was the Chameleon. Who, in all honesty, was not only a simple custom, but also a simple concept. It just made more sense to have him with a blank face. And I thought he would look good as a suited character. So, I decided to go with the Destro body and liked how the head looked after I popped it on. From there, I did a full repaint over the body to get rid of the Cobra symbols and make sure everything matched. Quick, easy, and I actually kinda like it.
