Chaos was left for dead by U.S. militants, after the refusal to cooperate with the orders of the government,for every citizen to surrender all weapons and report to local detention centers to receive thier health-link (mind control) "chip", when the goverment declared martial law.
After being found and rebuilt with robotic lower legs and left arm, Chaos is looking for revenge.
This is my favorite custom that I've built so far. And am working on a few more to add to my apocalypto series.

base: Marvel legends cable (hasbro two pack)
lower legs: superppatriot
head: darkness, removed hair and sculpted
finally I gave him a full repaint.
