Roland Deschain: the Gunslinger (the Dark Tower Series) Custom Action Figure

This is a tribute custom for The Dark Tower books by Stephen King. I just finished the entire series this year and got inspired to create my own Roland Deschain custom.

I already had a few bits and pieces lying around in my fodder bin, including major pieces from my Billy the Kid figure. That included the head, the duster coat, the boots, the gun belts, one of the pistols. I stitched it together with ML Nick Fury torso and an Angel figure's waist and legs. The rest, like the scarf, were sculpted.

I based his look on one of the books' artwork, where he's mostly brown and dusty (hence a lot of wash and dry-brushes).
