i saw alot of people make this and i wanted to take a crack at it,so i took a nick fury from the captain america toy line and had some fun,first i trimmed his trenched coat,then sanded down the head and sculpted the helmet,and then painted it,i was going to make the lining in the helmet and make it look more like the animated film version but i prefered this after it was completed.

Great idea to use Nick Fury as a base, but I think you may have wasted a nice Samuel L Jackson headsculpt by sculpting over it. Still, nice Red Hood there!
