Hey, Realmers! Just posting up a new take on Rulk. I wanted him to look more like the best Hulk artist ever; Ed McGuinness! I started with the Hulk that comes with the tiny Dr. Banner figure. Modded the whole body for any paint rub issues. Hallowed out the bottom of the head so it will fit around the neck without scraping off the paint. I also sanded down the neck area itself and sandpapered it smooth. Then I modded the mouth, forhead and hair to look more like Ross. The head is originally a War Hulk head, so it looks very different now. I also sculpted ab details in the waist and glued the ab articulation down, I just didnt like it. The waist spin is enough.

Hope ya like! Any critiques or kudos are strongly appreciated as always. I always come here to check out others work and help them out also. Take care and happy hunting!

Great. hate to admit it, but better than mine (that Im gonna put up probably tonight). I agree that Mcguinness red hulk is the only and definitive look for him!

Methinks Thor is getting antsy just standing by this evil beast! Go big red! I never even liked the Red Hulk when he was first revealed, but he kinda grows on ya. Awesome recipe! That body is massive enough for him for sure. The skin tone is right on and that headsculpt is totally original with that sinister grin

I'm loving the face. It's a little creepy, but that makes it even cooler.

Nice work! The face has that cocky grin to it that is signature to the character. The paintwork is cool too, I like the way you worked the dark tones.

true, but it is a basic Toybiz Hulk base. I think the MS Thor is just bigger lol.

If you put this guy in Marvel Universe/GI Joe scale, I think it works well height-wise. Nice work here.
pulpyfiction - Monday, May 14, 2012
Using this as a 3.75 scale hulk is like having a 12" hulk to fit with your 6" figures?!! Scale wise that would be waaay too big.

I have this same figure and what can I say, this was done well. The only problem I have with this one is that it's kinda short for a Hulk.
