Kilowog's evil counterpart; Arkillo is the Sinestro Corps Instructor. Now when Arkillo feels you aren't worthy to bear the yellow ring, he won't yell at you and call you poozer...no this fellow eats you! Arkillo is a beefy alien who was clearly recruited to the Sin Corps because he can not only instill great fear, he can teach others how to do it too!

I used a Planet Hulk for the base figure. The head is once again, a completely custom sculpture of mine, made from Apoxiesculpt. I made the claws with Greenstuff. The uniform parts including the "disco collar" were sculpted using Apoxiesculpt. While I was entirely too lazy to re-engineer the hands to make them 4 fingered, I did at least put the ring on the correct "sinister" side. Hope you like it and thanks for looking!

The Holy Grail of Green Lantern Customs. This is a character everyone wants to make, including me, we are just to scared to face the daunting task of sculpting Arkillo's darn Head!!
Good job, and congratulations on being one of the few on earth with an Arkillo Yellow Lantern. I like the body type the yellow and the rings, but of course the head is SICK

thank you Punstarr! Yes I sculpted the head. twice actually, the second time turned out better although I see some serious flaws I would want to avoid in a future version. Mainly the biggest problem I had was that I didn't want to cop out on the teeth like I did with the isamot head. I wanted sculpted teeth this time so I had to do it. I'm not crazy about the gaps int he teeth, and the lack of symmetry on the front view, but I'll take it as a lesson learned and unless someone has beat me to the punch, I expect this is the FIRST Arkillo figure so it'll do for now. Eventually I'd like to do it again though.
