I wanted to make a 2099 so i took a regular spidey and spray painted him blue. the took some templates i made for his symbols and eyes and arms. after that dried i did som touch ups with paint pens. the i took a piece of a plastic bage and used hot glue to do the web design and put it on his back. then i made the spikes out of tinfoil covered them in hot glue painted them red and hot glued them on his arms
