I've wanted to make a Batman Beyond action figure, and saw Iron Cow Productions' Batman Beyond figure made from a DCSH Nightwing figure, that I happened to have. So, I tried to make an approximation of that. This is really sloppy and unrefined, but it will do for now. The ears, gauntlet spikes, bat symbol and utility belt compartments were cut from a blister pack.

UPDATE: I added some sculpt to the ears and replaced the symbol and belt compartments with sculpt. Hopefully, this is an improvement.

Updated again: dremeled the head down so it's now smoother, and did a bit of a repaint and replaced the spikes so they're sturdier.
