I picked up an Alfred from the new DKR series just to do this figure. I spent hours sanding the face down to get it where I wanted it, although it still reminds me of Michael Caine... anyway Big Gun from Matrix figure, pistol from Fury, phone from Super Mom, ID badge from Scully.
