I came across this picture (quite a while ago)of Manacle Uncanny X-Men villan) Part of Neo, a little obscure, but definitely my favorite type of figures to work on. I Used a Juggernaut body, LCBH Body Bags head, hulk hands, and feet, gave him a belt some metal chains, hair, sculpted face "mask" and paint. Thanks
