Restyled the hair then sandpapered him before coloring him dark blue. Then I added some puffy paint and then added another coat of maroon, blue, & white. Then I added some maroon vinyl pieces and a little gold cord with metallic silver star and shoulder pieces. The shield is silver cardboard with the printed shield on top and a clear strap on the inside to loop around his hand. The base is the Toybiz X men base. :-)
