This is one I didnt think would actually turn out this good. its actually my new favorite now, so much detail, It was kinda difficult thinkin about what base to use,i started looking at how this custom was done by others, and this base others used just seemed alittle out of scale. i looked at my scrap pile and found some DC aqua man legs. then i looked at differnt upper body builds on some of the sota figures i had and noticed sota dhalsim was spot on when combined with aqua man legs. the head is pure sculpt, the detail is also pure scult. i used rubberband as overalls and the rest is history.
