i started with arkahm city harley and repainted all the outfit black then i added the red to the shoes and repainted the belt then i painted her hair black and left the pink on her ponytail because she has one ponytaill dyed in the dlc i left all the skin how it was cuz it was at its best then i glossed her to make it look leatherish and she was done

It looks like you glued some sort of white... fibers (?) to her hair. I'd check around the 'Realm and online to see how people have pulled off adding fabric or real 'hair' to custom figures. More often than not, it doesn't look good (only 1/6th scale figure can pull it off). I'd highly recommend sculpting hair with Citadel Green Stuff (it has some flexibility). Otherwise, stick with Aves Apoxie sculpt. Using good quality materials to make your custom figures is worthwhile.
