This Green Arrow comes from the DC New 52 version. I liked this version a lot so I decided to take a stab at him.
Recipe is as follows..
Head-ML Cap Marvel Genis-Vell
Torso/arms-Xmc Ninja Wolverine
Legs-ML Gambit
Domino mask was sculpted, armbands were sculpted, forearm armor is from a dollar store ninja,chest straps are from a Movie Masters B.Wayne belt,added the bottom of his tunic.
The gold capsules were from fodder bin,strap is a rubber band.Sanded down kneecap armor and re-sculpted to the present look.
Hood is DC Direct KC Superman cape, just the ends that adhered to his shoulders.
Bow and arrows and quiver were from a LOTR Legolas figure. The quiver is attached by earth magnets.
"G" on belt was sculpted too.

I never liked the revamp. always thought it was a sell out. then again so as the green arrow story line starting from his wedding. but your figure makes me want to re-read the new green arrow. the way you made this is so flawless. it looks as if this was a collaboration done by DC and Marvel.
