I started with a DCD Guy Gerdner figure.
After alot of dremel work and a new paint job, here he is.
The only thing he is missing is his holster.
I couldn't figure out what to use for one.

Very cool buddy. He looks great. I think I have a holster from the dcu Vigilante laying around. I think it's the the right style for this guy. PM me if you want it.
