Found some dirt cheap 12" Snake Eyes, and thought they would make a great deadpool.
Sculpted from head to toe (literally). Head,neck, bands, lines, belt buckle, feet and on upper thighs. The head was pretty hard to get right, and had to sculpt over the feet. The accessories all come from the snake eyes figs, although had to modify the holsters and belt.
Third pic is really just so you get an idea of scale and the before and after.
