I submitted to this contest because I was sure it would be a challenge to me. I love a challenge. I submitted my list of characters which would be mostly stuff I would create. What I received was 3 characters I had never done, 1 I never even heard of...
I chose Deadpool, I've seen him here many times and entertained making one many times. I bit the bullet and tried my hardest.
I started with a wrestling figure I couldn't find a use for (Bob Orton), then I just started sculpting, I didn't know how it would turn out and it looked a "hot mess" for a while with just the sculpted pieces on it. I cut down the hair on a Cody Rhodes head and sculpted the hood, being careful to keep the end piece.
I used Citadel paints. The guns are cast from a mold I have lying around. Made the chip bag from just paper, paint, and tape.
Hope you guys like it. It was a stretch for me to say the least.
BTW he is really 6.5 inches tall, not a 3.75.
