Valkyrie (Secret Avengers) Custom Action Figure

Custom #:40031
Name:Valkyrie (Secret Avengers)
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Marvel Legends
Creator:raybot
Date Added:June 17, 2012
Base Figure:Michelle McCool
Height:6.50 inches
Did this for a customcon late last year. She ended up taking a pretty long time since I hadn't done much work with the WWE bodies and I wasn't entirely happy with the look of their torsos. I resculpted the whole torso and modified the joint so she could tilt from side to side as well as forward and back. Then I added a Power-Girl head, Valkyrie hair, Cammy braids, Gambit boots, and Elektra hands. A lot of fodder parts, but they worked together well.

I like the costume. Makes a lot more sense on the Secret Avengers than her classic outfit.

Wow. This is absolutely gorgeous. I would love a Valkyrie to put next to my Marvel Select Flash Thompson Venom. She's done perfectly.

Great job making that wrestler into a nice feminine silhouette.
Great head too. Good combo of parts.

She's pretty! I'd love to have her on my shelf!

I loved having her on mine! Let her go awhile ago. I used to be pretty bummed about getting rid of things like these, but nowadays it's more the work that matters to me so I'm excited when they buy me enough time to give em another go.

Though in retrsospect if I'd had any idea WWE Diva figures got so expensive after awhile I'd have bought a pile of Michelle McCools when I had the chance.

I like this a lot! And what you did with the torso is great. The WWE female bodies really arent that curvy.
raybot - Wednesday, July 25, 2012
Yea, believe it or not I ground that waist down to the point where I had to add a lot of epoxy so she wouldn't just snap in half. Totally lost the waist-twist, but I modded the upper torso enough that it could still turn well at the upper torso unlike the original figure.

Given how WWE Divas look in real life, it was pretty ridiculous how much work needed to happen to get the shape we all expect from super-chicks.
