Another quickie. I got the idea from a 100ptsofarticulation.
Zodiac is a fairly new Marvel villain that hasn't made too many appearances yet. Hopefully we'll see more of him soon.

Base: MM Scarecrow
Hands: Joker Thug
Tie: Wrestling figure
Lock & chain: I think it was from a Street fighter figure

I just put the pieces together and did some sanding on the head to remove some of the stitches. The tie was repainted red and that was that.
