I was never happy with Art Asylum's Star Trek Special Commememorative Edition Mirror Scotty figure...mostly because the figure was only a Mirror Universe Scotty from the waist UP...from the waist DOWN, he was a Prime Universe figure due to the re-use of a set of Prime Universe legs.
So, wanting to fix this blatant screw-up, I took the Mirror Scotty figure and swapped out his lower body for that of a Mirror Kirk using the boil and pop method (you can see the difference between the custom and the released figure in the final pic I have enclosed as you can see the two versions side by side), and once the lower body was swapped out and the plastic had re-hardened, ta-da...Mirror Scotty updated and fixed!
