Ripclaw base was perfecto for this guy, I swapped out the forearms for a ML Loki set of arms, the skirt from a Baron Zemo, sculpt on the chest and the head, for the horns i used pieces of hair (ponytails) shaped to look like horns and embedded them in the sculpt. The sabers were made from a Spawn staff type weapon that I cut down. The cape is cloth and folded/iron (THANKS FITZJEDI FOR THE TECH!) and glued underneath the shoulder pads.
I lost some articulation in the head from the lower horns and sculpt, so i wasn't too happy about that but overall I think it came out alright.
