I popped the head off of the masked Cap. I took the FF snowboarding Human Torch and removed all the flames. I dremeled the head, made the hole in the neck wider, also. I used clay to form the helmet. I then painted it blue, stuck on the "A", random goggles from a G.I. Joe. I also painted the hair blonde. I sealed it. I like it!!!!!!!
