I have an affinity for the obscure and just plain weird. Ever since discovering him in a "Marvel Universe" Handbook, I wanted to create a figure of Madcap. His upper torso comes from a 25th GI Joe Stalker figure heavily with some sculpting on top to give him a collar and bigger sleeves. The head was sculpted on top of a DC Psycho Pirate Infinite Heroes figure, and legs from an MU Dark Phoenix 2-Pack Cyclops, and with a custom sculpted hat and "bubble gun".
