This is my first attempt at a custom figure. Used the base Kilowog figure and sculpted the head, hands, feet, wraps and tail with Sculpey. I used a sea shell from Micheal's as the back shell. Used Tester's to paint him up.
AMAZING!!! Much better than my first custom! And my second! And, that's all I have. At irst, I was like, that's weird looking! But as I looked closer, I realized something: That Raphael is a total BAD-ASS!!! He doesn't look like mutated Raphael anymore. He looks like TRIPLE mutated Raphael. I see a new vision of him. I like it, I like it a lot! Keep up the good work my friend!
that Kilowog base figure makes a great base statue for many figures! Kowabunga, dude! Awesome showing, especially being your first figure! Don't go look at mine first one...
Great work man! I love the concept. My only question is why didn't you give him the belt? It's kinda like a Superman with no trousers. Other than that, sweet job. Especially for a first figure! Keep at it dude.
