Pretty common custom here. TDKR MM Alfred figure with a Marvel Legends Two Packs SHIELD Agent head. I repainted the head, hands, and neck so the skin tone matched. I also went back and repainted the hair brown. I know a lot of folks have done similar ones, but I think mine stands out because of the walkie talkie accessory. It's from a Peter Venkman Ghostbusters figure, and I think it looks really cool with Coulson. It reminds me of the opening credits scene when he asks Nick Fury, "What do we do now?" right before THE AVENGERS appears on the screen. EPIC!
