I love the Arkham games and Harley Quinn is one of my fav characters. So when Harley Quinn's Revenge came out i really wanted to try my hand at making the new costume. Not much to it either, basic repaint of the regular Arkham Harley with a few different fabrics and whatnot added and done. Im pretty happy with the result.
