Picked up a couple of Stargate Damaris figures in trade and had to make Cigarette Smoking Man, aka Cancer Man, aka C-Man, aka CSM, aka C.G.B Spender, the "villain" from the X-Files. Repainted the Damaris head, and hands, made cigarette from one of the torches out of my Dwarven Forge and done.

The lighting effects on that last photo really make it look very eerie, great-looking custom and yes that cigarette with the smoke effect looks boss. Lucky for you that William B Davis had an action figure made of another character he played! Great idea to make a Cigarette-Smoking Man custom using the Damaris head.
