This is a simple head swap and repaint situation. I took a Face-off series Punisher and removed his head Painted him and glued on some pieces of other figures to make the gun vest thing that Bucky wears and gave him a Captain Marvel Head and repatined it. Nothing spectacular but I had to make a Winter Soldier custom.

awesome, I always wanted to make a winter soldier but everyone always makes one w/ a Nightwing head and a wolverine body, never thought a capt marvel and a punisher body will be good enough, and I have them both!
